This is probably an odd request, but as the owner and operator of TubeFree.org I want the platform to be as open as possible. But only speaking English I'm VERY limited in reviewing videos.
Does anyone know a translator that could help with persian? Or a tool?
All of the tools I'm finding don't support it and I have someone that uploaded some videos in Persian.
It appears to be a debate or discussion about Iran. I'm absolutely compelled the to leave the video up, but I would love to know the discussion.
ANY help is appreciated. Including if you think you know a friend of a friend or a tool that might work.

A user on my Bonfire is experiencing an issue with Federation. When I've been posting from here, I see that tags.pub has been boosting my content. I like that. A bit noisey, but whatever.
HOWEVER, since I now know that my FiresideFedi user isn't federating, I wonder if you could add like a @ping@tags.pub when doing a #ping or something similar, so that we have external servers that verify our connectivity. Maybe not just a ping, but a PONG or response or something. I think this could help with understanding connectivity.

I love the #Fediverse. I love #Peertube. Our strength is: we're decentralized. Our weakness is: we're decentralized. How do we find like instances and things WITHOUT an algorithm?
Well I run tubefree.org. I know Makertube.net is a good instance. I follow that instance. However, I trust the admins there, why not follow who they follow? Thus we have a chain of trust.

I'm planning on starting a new podcast called WorksOnMyMachine.live or womm.live . Are there any software developers out there would like to join me?
The premise is we hop on a video or audio call on a Sunday morning, 0900 UTC-5, and we talk about your software application. However, I also attempt to follow your docs and use your application live. If I get stuck, or we experience issues we learn live, troubleshoot live, etc.
This allows all of us to learn your app, it helps go over your docs, etc.
Are there any software developers out there interested in doing this?
