If you ever checked this and saw nothing, it's because for a post to appear there it needs to be approved manually. I made a script that automatically approves anything that can trend.

You can hide your list of followers/following, choose if you want to be in the profile directory, or require approval for new followers in your profile settings: https://denden.world/settings/privacy
You can enable a tweetdeck style multi-column layout, and choose if CW'd posts and sensitive media should be obscured or not by default in appearance settings: https://denden.world/settings/preferences/appearance
There you can also turn on boost confirmation dialogs, which allows you to change the visibility of posts that you reblog
