OK, so. Now, I usually don’t condone alleging closet gayness against right-wing political figures, because a) it turns being gay into an insult and b) is an insult to every gay person.

I recently did this, kinda, with the American king, because he is talking so much about muscly hunks. It was a grey area, I think.

But now I saw an actual clip of Trump hitting on a muscular half-naked guy and you tell me how I am supposed to interpret this.

I should be getting a bunch of cards and character sheets finished for an upcoming #Voidfront game meant to test the new version. Instead I wrote a lot of dialogue in a fictional dialect because inspiration struck me.

Calythra, #Voidfront home planet of the odd House of Chimera, mostly known for their bizarre glistening dark biomechanoids, are not the first thing that comes to mind when people think about party locations. But Calythra has a rather lively rave scene. Where's there's people, there's also party. The tentacled home of odd lab experiments makes no difference there.

I had a lot of fun designing the calythrian look and still lots of scribbles featuring other outfits waiting or a finish. Their whole style evolved from the protective gear the first settlers had to wear day and night, when the planet was still an unhabitable wasteland with literal rivers of acid. As their colonial director Dr. Mena Reis put it so eloquently, "we have picked a world that could never give us love, and yet we convinced it to do so anyway." That is Chimera in a nutshell, for better or worse.

I'm obviously not immune to the excitement, but still – it's amazing that you can shoot people to the moon but aren't able to fix your damn healthcare.

But, nonetheless, it's nice to see something involving big budget rockets that's not about killing people. Kinda excited what images might follow from this expedition.

So, yeah, in case if anyone wondered if she recovered from the ordeal earlier this year. She did. Boy did she.

I mean, we think it’s a comedic exaggeration if we put skulls and spikes and other shit on cartoon villains to make clear they’re evil … but actual evil people do this in the real world, it’s not cartoonish simplification or hyperbole, it actually happens, they do that. They literally put skulls and lightning or, yes, noose pins on their clothing. And some people still find it hard to identify the villain. At some point you gotta stop assuming idiocy and have to accept that they are bullshitting you, because no one is stupid enough to not get that.

I think one of the reasons I'm writing a science fiction setting is because I have to compensate somehow for not getting the future I was promised as a kid. Gotta make up for that one way or another. Real-world future has been a real disappointment, overall.

What is it with Trump and big guys with hard big muscles? This comes up so often in his rhetoric that you have to assume it occupies a lot of his mindspace. Granted there’s not much going up there to begin with, but a huge chunk of it are muscly studs, apparently.
