I even agree with the base idea that these frontier AI companies likely are looking to get people hooked on their product. I also agree that the spending patters related to AI look unsustainable and that the bubble is scary. But this article reads like thinly veiled Cursor propaganda trying to specifically take aim at Anthropic.

@venite Net zo als dat het in Nederland normaal is dat je pas naar een arts gaat als er al overduidelijk iets mis is, maar problemen voorkomen en vroege detectie wordt weinig tot niet gestimuleerd en vaak zelfs afgeraden. Begrijp nog steeds niet waarom we dat hier gewoon niet belangrijk vinden.

@FransVeldman @bert_hubert @vosje62 @alterelefant Mijn gedachte was meer: De instellingen om DigiD uit te zetten zitten vast achter een DigiD login. Stel nou dat iemands DigiD er onverwachts mee ophoudt omdat iemand in de VS dat een goed plan vond. Dat is waarschijnlijk een gedoe om het dan op te lossen tenzij de overheid dat stukje wel op oorde heeft. Vooral voor sommige activisten is voorzorg mogelijk beter dan nazorg.

@bert_hubert serieuse vraag van iemand die het nog nooit heeft geprobeerd: Is het mogelijk om gewoon te stoppen met het gebruik van DigiD? Hoe doen diegenen dat eigenlijk die geen smartphone, computer of tablet hebben? Kan dat eigenlijk nog in deze tijd?

@hasenfarm im Moment leider nichts mehr. Letztes Jahr wäre das sehr nützlich gewesen aber jetzt haben das Geld für die Renovierung schon anderweitig ausgegeben. Es wurde nicht einmal etwas berechnet. Jemand hat vorbei geschaut und gemeint "Hm, geht hier nicht" und wir haben das leider so geglaubt

@hasenfarm interessant. Uns wurde letztes Jahr gesagt dass Wärmepumpe bei uns unmöglich ist weil eine Fußbodenheizung eigentlich auch unmöglich ist. Angeblich (laut dieser Firma) geht das eine eigentlich nicht ohne das andere. Aber so gute isolation bekommen wir wahrscheinlich auch nicht hin in unserem 130 Jahre alten Haus, also vielleicht haben die spezifisch in unserem Fall gemeint.
