I bought my two year old niece a talking Moopsy plush, and she has named her "Susie the baby whale" and takes Susie everywhere with her. We will start Prodigy in a few years when she can grasp it a bit more. Doing my best to raise the Next Generation.

Trying to run a docker compose of matrix, inside portainer, with the media uploads pointed to a NAS is my new white whale. May have to smash some little gold ships about it.
I needed a 20 Gbps USB-C cable for some file transfers to a portable SSD, but USB-C is such a mess, I had no idea what cables I had were what speed, or power rating. So I ordered some new ones specifically for data transfer and put labels on the ends. Can't go back and do it with my mystery cables, but at least I will do this going forwards.

I have had my credit/debit cards used fraudulently three times in the past year, prompting new cards be sent out, and changing all my subscriptions. Every time the fraudulent charge was a subscription to Uber one. Why the fuck does whatever kid who bought the numbers on the dark web use Uber one as their test of if the card is still valid? What the fuck is Uber doing about this?
Mars was destroyed because the (more limited) Soong type androids Starfleet built were IoT devices. They still needed to physically type on screens at utopia planetia so it clearly wasn't a useful link to facility systems. It seems unnecessary.
Starfleet took Soong type androids, made them worse, and added a wifi antenna. This resulted in a tremendous loss of life. Remember, making something inferior but adding wifi has consequences.
