You can't do all of the work for all of the teams yourself, so how do you ensure each team is realising its full modernization potential?
Sometimes you need to help leadership establish a vision and strategy that inspires teams.
Sometimes you need to help teams better understand the bigger picture, vision, and priorities.

She was talking about decision making this morning at NDC Sydney, a topic which I don't think gets enough air time.
Laïla gave actionable advice that most teams would benefit from, especially those constantly rushing to deliver and not reflecting on their process.
