The comment was about them reinstalling cachyos 20 times, highly unlikely to happen unless they broke it at least a dozen times.
Other reasons might include wanting to partition differently etc
I have installed cachyos a few times in the past just checking it out, never used it for long enough to notice any stability, update issues etc. It seemed decent enough, just nothing special, and not for me.
I use an arch based distro, never had any issues that I didn’t cause myself, but there are other distros that can be a bit daft.
