Canonical had this audited, which found the most basic mistakes and instead of pulling the plug on this whole mess, they are still shipping it, just not the worst parts of it. What the actual fuck.

@daniel for now paid CAs might have longer lifetimes for certificates than 90 days but that will go away soon because the allowed max is being reduced over the next years. There’s no way to avoid having to automate anymore ;)
