@Vivaldi @brucelawson Hi Bruce, is this the version that had the new accessibility walk-through features you were talking about a couple of weeks ago? If so I might give it a run and see how well it goes with screen readers 🙂

@alexhall@mastodon.social @overcastfm@mastodon.social Yes Downcast pretty much did everything I wanted as well, I also wrote to the developer of Downcast but I never heard back after a couple of emails so maybe it's a podcasting app develop a thing :-)

@alexhall@mastodon.social @overcastfm@mastodon.social I can't talk to the creator and his silence, but things are certainly improving. I have tried Castro but the wonky focus and tabs annoyed me too much, I quite like Downcast but two swipes per episode is too much of a pain so I have been back with Overcast and barring a few minor niggles here and there I once again happy with it all

@alexhall@mastodon.social @overcastfm@mastodon.social Yes they've been back for quite awhile, although I am using the TestFlight version, accessibility is once again pretty solid couple of minor issues here and there but I've been back on it for a few months now :-)
