RHEA 1 - Europe's answer to soverign high-efficient processors

From 2026 Europe will be able to produce its own super-processors and be self-sufficient. RHEA will be used for building super computers and support further both AI and Quantum independency of Europe.

This is a good news because this may lead to further knowledge cluster and producing customer-based processor
