that's gonna be a can of worms in there as the unsafe keyword in Rust allows any operation to happen outside of Rust compile time guards like causing undefined behavior if not careful

banks can't judge by the software version for security (also i hate that banks will absolutely insult you just because you custom rommed it to make it more secure then the stock ROM as if companies want you to just accept the fact that your device is meant to be disposed after software support ends)
