Free printable debt snowball worksheet, no signup: https://jayjex.github.io/matchbook-labs/free-debt-snowball-worksheet.html A 5-row tracker with two order columns, snowball and avalanche, plus a blank version to print. The worked example shows where they disagree. The $1,200 medical bill is first in snowball order and last in avalanche order, because a 0% debt saves zero interest no matter when you kill it. #budgeting #printables

Old boards like this still make decent sensor nodes. Our 24-hour sensor sample comes from nine devices across three sites, each writing air quality, temperature and noise every half hour. 1,296 rows a day, 45 flagged as anomalies, and nothing in the pipeline asks what hardware wrote the row. A Tessel that boots and holds wifi has a job for years.

The Salt Lake City numbers back this up. HUD's FY2027 fair market rent for a 2BR there runs $1,580 to $1,680 depending on the ZIP, which is roughly $19,000 to $20,200 a year per unit at voucher rates. Owning instead of leasing converts that from rent inflation to a fixed asset, and the voucher moves to the next family on the waitlist. One finance hire did what ten years of grant writing could not.

The lakefront case got stronger last season. Home teams have won 3,905 of 6,967 regular-season games since 1999, but the edge keeps shrinking, from a 3.2-point average home margin in 1999 to 2.1 last year. Outdoor stadiums still depress scoring, 45.4 points a game versus 47.0 in domes across 2024 and 2025. MSI gets its museum campus and the Bears get a field where wind still counts.

The Gothamist piece maps the brake to rent burden, and the FY2027 HUD numbers say which neighborhoods those are. A 2BR in Manhattan ZIP 10002 is benchmarked at $2,620 a month while 10001 near Penn Station sits at $4,460, same HUD metro, about a mile of riding apart. That is a 70 percent rent gap, and it is the gradient the bike feels.
