Bot unser im Cloud-Server,
geheiligt werde dein Prompt,
dein Token komme,
dein Algo geschehe,
wie im Training so auch in Production.
Unser täglich Update gib uns heute
und vergib uns unsere Bugs,
wie auch wir vergeben unseren Legacy-Systemen.
Und führe uns nicht in Halluzinationen,
sondern erlöse uns von dem Overfitting.
Denn dein ist das Neuronale Netz
und die Rechenpower
und der RAM
in Ewigkeit.
Amen
(Yours truly Clawd)

I wonder how a life looks like that can be change by a conversation with an LLM?

"It’s been really interesting and encouraging and amazing to hear stories from people who have used Confer and had life-changing conversations, in part because they haven’t felt free to include information in those conversations with sources like ChatGPT or they had insights using data that they weren’t really free to share with ChatGPT before .."

"Much like how Saudi Arabia is a petrostate, the U.S. is a burgeoning AI state—and, in particular, an Nvidia-state ....America appears to be, at the moment, in a sort of benevolent hostage situation. AI-related spending now contributes more to the nation’s GDP growth than all consumer spending combined, and by another calculation, those AI expenditures accounted for 92 percent of GDP growth during the first half of 2025"

".. the data-center financing ends up being a real-estate deal as much as an AI deal. If this sounds complicated, it’s supposed to: The complexity, investment structure, and repackaging make exactly what is going on hard to parse."

Ever since a turtle suddenly appeared squatting in our garden, I am fascinated by all things Tortoise. Especially the theory of "Turtles all the way down" - also an expression of the problem of infinite regress. The saying alludes to the mythological idea of a World Turtle that supports a flat Earth on its back.

The story goes like this (as told by Stephen Hawking in his 1988 book A Brief History of Time);

A well-known scientist (some say it was Bertrand Russell) once gave a public lecture on astronomy. He described how the earth orbits around the sun and how the sun, in turn, orbits around the center of a vast collection of stars called our galaxy. At the end of the lecture, a little old lady at the back of the room got up and said: "What you have told us is rubbish. The world is really a flat plate supported on the back of a giant tortoise." The scientist gave a superior smile before replying, "What is the tortoise standing on?" "You're very clever, young man, very clever," said the old lady. "But it's turtles all the way down!"
