Adela and myself are excited to present @jwn@tldr.nettime.org's amazing Earthside Wish Machine, a time-based, site-situated meteor protocol for wish transmission, which appropriates obsolete military technology as a personal wish apparatus.

After 8 years, me and my flatmates Delak and Atol are moving out of osmo/za :(

After eight years of intensive creation, encounters, experimentation, and community-building, osmo/za will be closing its doors at Bavarski dvor by the end of the year.

To mark this ocassion, we warmly invite everyone who has been part of our journey–collaborators, audience members, supporters, and curious visitors, to join a closing event this Saturday. We’ll reflect on what we’ve achieved together and look ahead to the next chapter.

Join us as we celebrate the end of this phase.

This year, Adela’s Digital Dish will be dedicated to community-based practices that propose a rethinking of computation, question the relationship between transparency, disposability and the opacity of data and highlight care as a form of resistance against exploitation.

We are very excited to welcome artists and researchers Federico Poni and Bérénice Serra who will present their work this Sunday at osmo/za. The presentations will be followed by a discussion with the artists, moderated by Lea Sande.
