Now I am your average landlubber but I hear there are these things called waves at sea, which means spinning disks are out of question, all cables need to be specially made or picked to allow for bolting down, you need to make sure ram sticks or graphics cards don't come flying off the servers when they may do so even while transporting a PC on the highway, and the only reliable way to bring in a sysadmin or engineer quickly is via some rope dangling from an helicopter
Definitely an idea only some coder who has never seen a server room could come up with
I bet LNG based generators also best work while being hit by tall waves, that's probably the optimal operating environment!
