I'm Sereen, 43, and the proud mother of a wonderful 4-year-old girl who gives me the strength to keep going. I'm the sole caregiver for my daughter and my elderly parents, both 71 and seriously ill. My father needs open-heart surgery and lives with the effects of a stroke, while my mother has diabetes and needs spinal surgery. We have no income, but I keep fighting for my family's future, believing that kindness and hope can change lives.
