@PsySal@mastodon.social Growing up with a GB I've always been fascinated by the design tradeoffs in portable games vs their PC or console versions. The smaller scale makes them feel more approachable too, I'm often overwhelmed by larger games (especially RPGs) and so don't even start them. Which is why it's great to read about the experience of playing them, when I don't have the time!

It's such a terrible shame that even here on the fediverse where there is no algorithm and everyone has so much choice about what they see, some people (men) still go out of their way to be so unnecessarily nasty and exclusionary.
