A second day of costumed shenanigans- this time of the #Khajiit variety. Athra made his first appearance at the Loxwood Joust today, and was well received!
Will be back in a couple of weeks time (and hopefully will be able to get more photos than just selfies)
Took my #Jedi griffin, Qesnel, out to the #FestivalOfTheForce at the Kent Events Centre today. Smallish event (perhaps? Not sure on event sizes in the UK yet), but was good to bring him out. Met and talked with a couple of people; Tim Rose and Ailsa Berk.
Today’s adventure was Fantasy Forest Sudeley.

I’m surprised at how much social anxiety I have these days. Tried to go into a few panels at CFz that were nothing more than special interest mingles; and I just didn’t have it in me to stay.
Out in Tseatah for the first time at CFz and I’m reminded why I don’t much care for costuming at furry cons anymore.
Unless you’re popular, or well known enough, or in a group of similar costumes, it’s extremely hard to get noticed and photographed these days.
It’s disheartening.

Skipped out from CFz this morning (since it officially doesn’t start until this evening) to be a train nerd (and tick off some stations I’ve never been to)
That lobby bar at the CFz hotel can be pretty loud.
Escaped out for a cheeky Nandos at Resorts World just to decompress a bit.
And now, for the first time since 2015, I return to Confuzzled.
Huh… looks like I might be able to swing going to the ESO Tavern event in July after all.
Khajiiting in a place where Athra might be one of the best looking Khajiits there? Heck, yah.

The sale of my condo closed today. Less than I hoped for due to the soft market for condos in Toronto right now. :P

Back from the second time I've ever voted in the UK. (First was just before I left for the US)
There was a guy from Reform outside the polling station asking to see people's polling cards on the way in; I flatly and justifiably refused to show him mine.
I’ve found more possible Khajiiting venues. I really also could do with finding like-minded folks to come with.

Just finished watching “Swapped” on NFlix. Adored it - not just for TFy and birb content, but the creature design was just so wonderful.

So, went to the event but didn’t suit. Perhaps if _anybody else_ had turned up in Ren garb I might have found it in me to wear my stuff _and_ be a Khajiit.
But no… every attendee just came in street clothes. :(

TIL is that Jousting events are kind of popular here in the UK.
I already know that the one nearest me (in August) is costume-friendly, and I’m just seeing if a couple of others that are happening in the early May Bank Holiday are too.
Because if so… Khajiiting may occur…
