First time I’ve photographed this mural since its been finished(?) - there’s a second swimmer now and a pair of Paua shells. The little building its on seems to be still under construction and some views are obstructed by security fencing.

@aligorith@mastodon.nz I went up the temp stand at the open end and there were no hand rails at all..Inwas fumbling around leaning on other seats..it seemed a bit mad

Checked out the new stadium which is having a public open day..impressive facility, they even have $12 Hot dogs(!)

I was relaxing on a bench in the Botanic Gardens and suddenly noticed another photographer stalking a Kereru which was drinking..fumbled to bring my camera on target and then it flew right at me.
