Did articles have to meet all four criteria in the table to be retrieved, or 1 AND (2 OR 3 OR 4)?
Were the terms searched in title-abstract? The full text?
The table mentions adjacency but medRxiv doesn't have an adjacency searching operators (although maybe they are referring to the subset of medRxiv records indexed in other platforms?).

Let's imagine a #searching expert worked as academic staff for a while, publishing (never as first author) reviews (systematic, scoping, realist, narrative, state of the art, etc) plus some metaresearch and review methods papers.
Hypothetically, this person leaves academia to work in industry, and not even EBM-adjacent industry. Totally different day job. 1/2
