Europe does not need a Superpresident It needs a super democracy. A Superpresident virtually unimpeachable is worse than a Trumpian nightmare. Europe needs a proper government and a parliament with the power to dismiss individual ministers and the Prime Minister. Europe needs more democracy, more checks and balances, more accountability.
