As for voting, couldn’t you do a Survey Monkey or Google Forms 🤢 poll and just send an email from KS to appropriate award levels with a link? Even if it's just one vote at appropriate reward levels, I think it's a desirable perk. And of course, give Icon Factory principals / employees a vote and or veto power - just be upfront about how it’ll go. @bigzaphod@mastodon.social
