You left out the part where she said "You people are next" at the end of her statement.
While the disparity between the two examples is glaring and I am not defending her being charged, one can view her statement as being "a threat" and not simply a "free speech" issue.

Many reports of Kosmos 482 re-entering Earth atmosphere (Estimated May 9-11, 2025), but I see no mention of any electrical power source for the device.
Surely it needed some, if only to power telemetry back to Earth?
