@imp3tuz Oh also before I could get access to meds I found that coffee/coke helps! With the downside of possibly messing with sleep patterns as it does to everyone else because that's what caffeine does but it helps.

@imp3tuz I remember when I was ~20yo the first thing I do after getting in the car is to turn the music app on and start singing with it which helps a little… but eventually I just gave up driving so I'm not sure…
