I am about to do a career change. From a musician to a regular unskilled worker to a teacher. I keep thinking I'm getting like heart disease or something but I'm probably just very, very nervous.

Update: I am either on an anxious spiral and will have some consequences, or I had bronchitis and I am weaker now and need to rebuild my strength. Either way, I'm really worried when I'm at my physically demanding job that I'm going to overexert myself. After work, I'm fine.
