@anatudor@mastodon.social yes that's a problem. I never wanted to get a smartphone. After I bought one I wondered why I never wanted one. I guesss it will be inevitable in a few yoears for many things to use a smartphone. Just like credit cards. In Germany you can mostly pay with cash (99%). In many other countries it will get hard to use cash. Busses in Edinburgh only accept cards and Smartphones. That's technical progress. I understand you.

But as we developed a special newssite for young people we discovered that the vast majority in the survey wanted an app, not a webpage or a installable webpage. I don't understand it until today but it must be a generational thing. As I am in the mid 50s I am too far away from the kids to understand it.
