are Ubuntu's package mirrors really slow for anyone else? Just running apt update is taking forever, and this seems to be an issue for my main machine and one located in Pennsylvania
introducing the Claude rate. it's like Baud rate but instead of how many symbols per unit time are being transmitted across the bus, it's how much CO2 is emitted while predicting a single output token
