I love Americas 1000 regional “fruit with some bullshit on top” desserts. Obviously you have your classics (pie, cobbler) and some solid mid tier players most ppl have heard of (crisps, crumbles) but I love when you get down into the weeds of the really weird ones (pandowdy, slump, grunt, Betty, buckle, sonker etc)
