I loved the visuals and people seen in the board game. So when the RPG came out, @kaspi@rollenspiel.social gave it to me as a present. It runs on the cypher system. And because it is a bit niche, not every other player knows it way better than me.
And I still love many concepts of the world, it feels a bit like the future I would want to live in. With more water. I rather look at the sea than live so close by it.

@HeyeBodo@rollenspiel.social made the first character (DSA) in 9th grade, but we never played. Three years later played one session Cyber Punk and didn't like it (or rather how it was played). Another 5 years after that I met a guy who showed me what fun this is. Kept both the man and the hobby.
I am still more of a casual player, never having too many campaigns and mostly playing at conventions.
A little more than 20 years after that I will finally start my GM life in 9 days.
Obwohl ich in der Innenstadt wohne, ist der Fußweg zum Supermarkt tatsächlich eine wunderschöne Strecke.
Gerade die Haufen an Tulpen(-artigen) lassen gerade mein Herz höher schlagen.
Früher hat man ja einfach Geldscheine angezündet, um zu zeigen, dass einem Geld egal ist.
Heute setzt man sich an der Tankstelle ins Auto, startet den Motor und holt dann das Handy raus um erst Mal ein paar Minuten wer weiß was zu tun.
Zum Glück gibt's bald den Tankrabatt.
