@happyborg yes, there are services like Pangolin or Tailsclase that you can use as well. Both are using wireguard under the hood. However, you don't exactly need them if all you want is access your HA instance from the outside - simple wireguard server would suffice.
In my case, I run WG server on my router and WG client on my endpoints. Clients automatically establish connection to the server when they see that I've left my home WiFi, routing some of my traffic to the home network.
