@foone@digipres.club I thought the main reason the laws are written like that is to teach people that legality is a significantly more advanced concept that supersedes morality, and that it is impossible to know if what you are doing is right or wrong without a lawyer to advise you on matters of conscience.
It's designed so that when one asks why the courts are two-tiered and why the wealthy escape all accountability, they can admonish you as being far too foolish to even be able to understand.
