Si on se laisse faire sans lutter, ils vont retenir que ces tactiques fonctionnent, et ils vont continuer! C'est pour ça qu'on doit se battre! Montrons aux patrons de l'industrie que nous ne nous laisserons pas abattre ! 💪 C'est un moment charnière pour le mouvement syndical dans l'industrie du jeu vidéo, alors faisons tou·te·s notre part. The mass layoffs hitting the industry are as much about disciplining workers as they are about cutting costs. The bosses want us scared, desperate, and afraid to ask for more. If we don't speak up, they will learn that this tactic works, and they'll keep doing it! That's why we need to fight back!

News is coming out about a mass lay-off at Montréal studio Behaviour. If you have been affected (and if the 30-ish number is correct), you're entitled to 8 weeks notice or equivalent pay - don't sign anything agreeing to less!
