I recently found my old 7th generation iPod nano, and have been trying to figure out how to get music on it without using iTunes. I know my mom was able to get old ripped audiobooks on it back in the mid 2010s, but I haven’t been able to figure out a viable solution on Linux or windows. Does anyone know if there’s a way I can load files on, or a program that will do it for me, without messing with the os of the iPod itself?

Me not moving her out of the drawer is her reward for putting up with being trapped in a hot room with no electricity during a heat wave (shoutout to my landlord for not checking to see if any of the outlets were grounded the last time the apartment caught fire and us finding out because an electrician decided to do his due diligence and double check a year later, only to have her delay replacing them for a month because she didn't want to upset her anniversary plans)

I just got my first roll of film back that I took with a 1930s brownie, and am super happy with how they came out!! I had to use a different kind of film than what the camera was intended for (as the original was discontinued in 1982), and didn’t realize that the smaller aspect ratio would lead exposures to overlap, but the effect turned it very cool! I’ll have to experiment to see if I can do it more purposefully in future, but for now I’m thrilled
