Sometimes, I get the urge to start drinking again. I've been sober for 6 years. At first, I told myself, "just until I find a job", then I found a job and kept going. Then I lost that job and, despite everything, I'm afraid to start again. Staying sober is... I mean, it's pretty easy, ngl, but it's the social pressures that tempt you. It's, picking up beer for someone, and having it in your hands. Being offered alcohol. That's when you're vulnerable.
