Every time I read "SOTU" my mind reads it as "STFU."

Completely irrevelant to anything anyone talks about here, I wonder if the band Kansas got their lick for "Dust in the wind" from ELP's Karn Evil 9 (3rd impression).
"The alters of the just/CRUSHED/Dust in the wind" The melody line is about the same.

None of the instances I visit were affected by the latest screwups. I wouldn't have known about it at all if people weren't talking about it ...

Just turned 65.

Medicare is bugging me to sign up. I have to even though I live in Japan at the moment.

But it's not all bad. The JP health service just notified me of my free flu shot, since I'm a senior.

I'll have to look out for other discounts and freebies. Maybe being a geezer isn't so bad.
