Windows MIDI Service is live! And it is undercooked as hell!
Working on tuning the effective samplerate of an LFO generator which sends 14-bit CC. On Linux, this is seamless. I don't get perfect results, but it's a LFO.
On Windows this sometimes works, sometimes heads to the centre of jitter town, home of the block people. I suspect Tobias Erichsen's loopMIDI would perform better but that no longer works.
I'm going to stop developing for this platform. Waste of time.
