@codemonkeymike@fosstodon.org I put nixbook on my 15” 2015 MacBook Pro but it seem to have problems with the GPUs? This is how the screen looks every time I open the lid. Know how to fix this?

Yesterday I wiped Windows off this old computer my friends used as his only computer. I put on Nixbook. But I didn’t realize people still use computers this slow! I don’t think Nixbook sped it up at all but at least he can keep using it with updates.
I think I’ll gift him some ram and an ssd…
