@c3awareness@chaos.social nice to finally have a conversation about this that's accessible to people who don't speak german (unlike the previous "when be excellent to each other is not enough" SoS). the questions in the survey are loaded enough that it seems like you folks already understand what the biggest problems are. instead of doing this, I think it would be interesting to hear from your perspective what are the actual institutional barriers to changing things, having an actual explicit code of conduct, etc. is this actually going to lead to a two-way conversation that's inclusive of people who don't feel safe coming to your events anymore, who don't speak german, don't have access to ccc-internal?
