@wohali Padua has a very difficult rental market, I can recommend to use facebook or telegram groups, there are several dedicated to Padua, just search "affitto" "padova", and start from there. If they don't need to be in the city they can look in the surrounding towns like Albignasego, Selvazzano, Vigonza, they have more accessible rents and maybe less students to compete with and are well connected to the city.
