Today is yet another of those days where I need a break from responsibility. I can hardly hold myself together.

At least my support shift is done and I’ve vaguely approximated productivity so I can log off.

It’s still shocking how I have absolutely destroyed my caffeine tolerance by going cold turkey from 4-6 cups a day to just the one. Coffee after dinner is now a guarantee that I’ll sleep horribly. This has never been a thing for me.

My tea consumption is now off the charts but it’s not the same thing 😭
