@johncarlosbaez Any such rate is either ineffective or erases the future, so money is an abstraction that erases too much information here. In this sense, the project does call for a fundamental rethinking, unless mainstream economics already developed a mature viewpoint on the exchange of physical quantities without veiling them behind money - I'm not keen on economics, I'd be happy to know if that is the case!
