Everything in nature fascinates me. I spend free time finding/studying plants, fungi, insects, & observing animals, especially herpetiles, in the wild, & photographing as many as possible. I have spent a decade converting my suburban Ontario 🇨🇦 backyard to natural areas and introducing over 180 native plant species & creating 2 ponds. I enjoy growing vegetables, raising Lepidoptera, keeping pet chickens, foraging mushrooms, canning, & sewing. I like old fashioned things, but I'm a hard Lefty!
