Just uploaded a new version of the #rstats #terminalgraphics package to #CRAN. #terminalgraphics allows for plots or other graphical output directly in the terminal (for terminals supporting either #Sixel or Kitty's #TerminalGraphicsProtocol).

@sebffischer@mastodon.social Ok, yeah. It would indeed be nice if you could pre reserve some space. I guess you could also do this with pure R, for example using integer() and keeping track of the actual size in an attribute, and implementing custom methods for length etc. Which now have to also do anyway.
