He meant me. I search for people mentioning Inkscape and I ask complainers what they would do.
Because I need users to get involved. Both mentally and financially. Not everyone's going to be able to respond, you got to have the energy. But I've had very good responses from asking users to talk more.

Since I have no influence and making videos is a lot of work, some salt might be needed for this request.
#Inkscape does have multiple people who do not always agree on the design. But we're good at at least listening to each other's thoughts and critiques. Which is all we can ask for to be honest.
I think #mastodon and the #fediverse are currently in that pre-cost era, where excitement and dedication to the cause allow a lot of people to join without really contributing to the costs.
Even if those costs are minimal; like open source or the web in general, not solving for economics will bite the philosophy in the behind.

Are you a windows user and programmer and are interested in helping with #inkscape ? I'm looking for someone to help with a small windows development task which has become stuck without a windows dev.
I don't think it's a coincidence that the biggest problem in society is the same problem that's manifested in #FreeSoftware and #OpenSource.
That we have plenty of resources, but we are so completely terrible at distributing them that we have both very well funded nonsense and zero funded critical infrastructure.
