Roundcube just released security fix addressing reported vulnerabilities and so we pushed the 1.7.2 update on disroot. More info: https://github.com/roundcube/roundcubemail/releases/tag/1.7.2
Thanks for flying disroot!
Thanks for your work and till next month!
Things should be back online again. We had an networking issue between file server and application server. We need to check how to prevent it as it happens too often lately.
But yeah all good.
Hokey. Thanks for your patience. The taks that should take 1.5 hours at best if muppeth wouldn’t screw things up took “slightly” longer.
For now we keep it on but will do a scheduled upgrade of nextcloud’s code base later today so that things are all properly fixed up and we are up to date with the nextcloud version.
Little update on Nextcloud downtime of today. @muppeth@fe.disroot.org made a little mistake which doubled the downtime :( Lesson learned and sorry for extended downtime.
Tomorrow 21st June starting from 7:00 morning (Amsterdam local time), we will commence maintenance tasks on our Nextcloud instance (cloud.disroot.org). This operation will cause a service downtime of at least two hours. We will make sure to be back online as soon as possible though we expect the downtime might be longer. We will keep you posted.
As every first sunday of the month, we’ve just rolled out some updates:

###Jitsi (https://calls.disroot.org)
Due to serious service abuse and inability to moderate essentially login free, public audio-video streaming platform we have been forced to make the decision to shutdown this instance. It’s a shame that bunch of assholes are capable to ruin good video conference altrernative to zoom.
From now on we are planning to focus on Nextcloud Talk service we also provide, which allows similar set of functionality but requires a login. Please check this page for more information.
If you are looking for other Jitsi intances, please have a look at this list
Stressful operation (like always when you need to reboot servers) but went smooth smooth. Thanks @meaz@fe.disroot.org and @muppeth@fe.disroot.org for the early morning work.
