Why did it not complete? No idea. There was no indication that there was an error, the transfer just stopped/paused, but there was no restarting it, nor determining where the transfer had stopped (other than checking item by item via Activity).
rsync over diff may have been better, the number of differences is small, google disappoints again.
I copied 207 files to a google drive through the web interface. 195 completed, then… no sign of completion otherwise.
So, did the transfer actually complete? How to find out how many files are actually at the destination?
- Web Directory properties/info ? Nope.
- Mobile App dir info? Nope.
- Any sign of total item count anywhere? Nope?
- Ask Gemini for an item count? Unable to answer that question.
