I am currently applying for a mortgage and it strikes me that in the event that I don't pay it off early (I have every intention of paying it off early), there is a decent chance that I will be extremely close to death by the time it is done.
Capitalism sucks. Housing crises suck. Governments which perpetrate housing crises in order to stay in power suck.
