@SpockResists@mastodon.social @lavndrblue@mas.to @jenn6161@mastodon.sdf.org Metatext is the best app AFAIK! I tried a few different ones before settling on Metatext. The official app is very limited, unfortunately, and I do not recommend it. Hopefully it will improve. We saw the same kind of evolution with Twitter clients back in the day (third-party features that lots of people used were gradually incorporated into the official app, but it took a while).
