Fair enough. My experience has been that the people you describe are most often dogmatically anti-Apple to begin with, and likely won’t care/listen.

I’m a Mac user and agree and know that that’s the case. But you’re taking this too seriously. It a joke that a little bit makes fun of Mac but a lot makes fun of windows.

I’d argue that the id.Buzz actually existing makes more alike the old busses from the 50s and 60s.

Obviously you do whatever your preference is. But I’ve dusted off my old iPod and have been listening to music with good wired over ear headphones. I’d forgotten just how annoying having wires were when doing anything other than laying on a bed listening to music; gets caught on everything. What I’m saying is I do not miss the headphone jack on phones literally one iota.

What are you on about? Autocorrect can be annoying, and typing on the iPhone has gotten shitty over the years, but “and” is easily typed with or without autocorrect on. And and and and and. Typed on iPhone.

Well, I’m no fan of this and will loudly object if it occurs in my jurisdiction. We all know this isn’t about safety, but tracking. But it also seems perhaps inevitable everywhere… If it is inevitable, I can *kinda* stomach the OS (and only the OS) inferring I’m an adult, provided it can pass along that verification to sites.

I’m not here to make people care. But I do care, and lots of other people do too.
