The folks who joined previous cohorts of the work/shop have been so brilliant and generous and sharp—both in their analysis of what ails our work, and in their reaching for what will heal it. It remains an enormous privilege to lead a gathering like this, and I cannot wait to do it again.

I think (and talk!) a lot about how imagining different futures and ways of working are critical to bringing those futures about. But imagination is a practice, and like most practices, it can run aground from time to time. It needs a good wave or gushing rain to get it moving again. That’s what this work/shop is about.
